1 Mix Tegral Satin Masala Chai Velvet Egg Free and water with a paddle attachment for 1 minute at slow speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.
2 Add the oil & mix with a paddle attachment for 2 minutes at slow speed until a homogenerous batter is obtained. Pour the batter in round cake mould of 150 gms (6 inch mould) & top with blanched almonds as shown in picture.
3 Bake at 170'C for about 30 minutes to get your delicious Dundee Cake.
