Working Method For Millet Sponge

• Mix Tegral Satin Millet Cake Mix to the water. Mix with a paddle attachment for 1 minute at slow speed and 3 minutes at medium speed. Add the oil and mix it for 2 minutes at medium speed until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

• Pour 350gm batter in 6” greased mold.

• Bake at 150°C-160°C for about 25 minutes. Once it cooled, slices them into three layers of Sponge around 1.5cm thickness kept aside.

Working Method For Caramel Cream

Take whipped cream add deli caramel and mix it properly.

ASSEMBLY

Slice the sponge in three layers add sugar syrup then put caramel cream add fresh chopped banana and pipe the deli caramel on top of the banana and put another layer follow the same processes.

Cover with same caramel cream and decorate as show in picture.
