Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, make soft smooth dough & rest the dough for 10 minutes. Roll into sheet, spread garlic paste on the sheet & sprinkle chopped garlic with some crushed pepper. Roll it like a pinwheel, cut as desired size.
Keep in baking tray for proofing (Time 20-30 minutes).
After proofing egg wash or wash it with Sunset Glaze.
Bake at 210°c for about 10 to 15 minutes. Whole wheat garlic rolls are ready.
