Chocolate and Caramel Dates

Method

Pipe Deli Caramel inside the dates/khajoor.
Melt Carat Coverliq upto 45⁰c.
Enrobe the date with help of chocolate dipping tools at 36⁰c & sprinkle some dessicated coconut as garnish as shown in picture.
Let it set & serve.
